Mark has been with Powell Fenwick Consultants for nearly 15 years and now heads the civil design for the practice. Mark has been involved in civil projects ranging in size from single houses to multiple lots and ranging in complexity from domestic to industrial.

Very keen on snow skiing, windsurfing and mountain biking, competing in local race events.
Also keen, but participates less frequently, in fly fishing, scuba diving and waterskiing.

School of Biological Sciences – University of Canterbury
An interesting design where we worked closely with the Landscape Architect to incorporate rainwater harvesting, treatment swales and permeable paving to minimise the stormwater load in the existing water ways.
C1 Tower (Rendezvous Apartments)
A new 22 storey 5 star 174 apartment hotel being erected in central Christchurch. Stormwater reticulation throughout the building.
Lakeshore Apartments (Wanaka)
2 blocks of 5 apartments. The design also included the permanent site groundwater dewatering reticulation system to remove over 100 litres/second. This system will operate 24 hours a day for the life for the project.
University Accommodation
