Many commercial buildings have been engineered by Powell Fenwick Consultants. They range from small suburban buildings to high rise multistoried buildings. At one time this practice had engineered the highest commercial building in New Zealand. Sophisticated overseas computer software is used to analyse these buildings, together with a design approach which produces significant project savings.
