Powell Fenwick Consultants Ltd. worked closely with the architect and the builders to create an easily built and attractive home. The house features large cantilevers, exposed concrete and some challenging bracing issues.Hornby MallThis suburban shopping centre upgrade included additions of a new supermarket with a rooftop carpark, new retail areas and significant internal alteration work of the existing building.Richmond Mall - NelsonThe additions and alterations of the existing shopping mall have made this the largest shopping mall in the South Island, outside of Christchurch.Smith House - Clearwater ResortThis House of the Year winner included exposed precast concrete and steel elements.
