Christchurch College of Education
This was a fully integrated project involving all of the Powell Fenwick disciplines.
New Brighton Library
This exciting award winning building with its unusual shape and sloping roof was designed by Powell Fenwick structural design team. Special care was taken with corrosion protection and the building was specially designed to resist a tsunami.
St Georges Hospital
This four-storey ward and operating theatre block, complete with basement level car parking, involved all of the Powell Fenwick disciplines.
Lakeside Apartments - Wanaka
These four story luxury apartments on a lake front property in Wanaka included dealing with difficult geotechnical site issues.
The Quay Apartments - Nelson
This six story beach front apartment block in Nelson was designed to allow staged construction, enabling work on site to continue with residents living in adjacent apartments.
